Hello, I wanted to comment on your build and offer advice from someone with well over 4k hours in this fine game.

The first two picks into Swift Learner are entirely unnecessary. You will be max level well before endgame with very little effort. If you want to expedite experience gain you need only raise Lockpick to 75 as soon as possible. That alone with give large amounts of exp for doing little more than play the game normally. Science to 75 and explosives to 65 just make the exp fly in. Personally I don't raise Lockpick past 75 until late in the game as there are only a handful of locks which need a 100 skill. The rest can be done with 75.

The lack of Bobbleheads built into your build skews the skills a bit but isn't a deal breaker at all from a build stand point. I would say, however, you don't want to put a 10 into any stat as a bobblehead will give you 1 point which would be wasted in that instance. Without giving a big spoiler, just a hint in the right direction, the Intelligence bobblehead can easily be gained at level 2. You will lose only 2 skill points overall ( from level 1 ) but gain a stat point somewhere else at creation.

Other than that I think it looks like you've designed it for your play style :)
