Tips for making the perfect character
1. Don't be afraid to use the Intense Training Perk to get more perks
2. Level up every stat to 70 (60 for Energy Weapons if getting Cyborg perk) get all the skill bobble heads to increase to 80 (70 for Energy Weapons)
3. After step 2, collect 10 of each skill book and use them after getting Comprehension perk
4. Pick up all the SPECIAL bobble heads after getting the Almost Perfect perk (excluding Intelligence, get to Rivet City for the Intelligence bobble head once you exit the Vault)
