the speech bobble head is at paradise falls,and the charisma bobble head is at vault 108 ,and also the strength is at lucas sims house at the right as soon as you walk into megaton wait till 5pm to get in or just steel the key off of him and the repair is at arefu in Evan kings house.

(get dart gun first) when you hit level 7 go to the death claw sanctuary and paralyze all the death claws so you can have a easy run through(kill them if you want) the loot the place you will get the best gun in the game(vengeance) and some other loot along with the perception bobble head so after you leave the sanctuary if you killed the death claws you should level up

the one at the death claw sanctuary is endurance (sorry bout that) if you want perception go to the republic of Dave and there in the museum /schoolhouse you will find it on a shelf
