The build is largely focused on Gunplay and Grenades, but eventually blooms to allow you full flexibility in all forms of combat. Speech checks are more tedious but all can be passed. Made for Very Hard Mode.

You don't have to start like I did, spending the first few levels hitting the minimum cap. I would encourage you to level up in the order Small Guns, Repair, Medicine, Explosives / Energy Weapons... making sure to hit all necessary caps for perks like Demolition Expert along the way.

Also, don't forget you'll recieve 2 points to Medicine, Repair, Repair and Science from both Intense Training and the Intelligence Bobblehead, so don't tag science at the beginning of the game if you're planning to reach the minimum cap early (you'll go over).

It's possible to hit the minimum caps by level 9 if you're careful.

Survival Guru is the last bastion of power beyond this. The build includes enough endurance to get damage resistance, but the 3% crit is also nice. The 15 extra health is more like a trophy than a utility.

It's your choice. Max health, max crit, or max damage resistance.
