Luck is useless in a melee build since their are no perks that require luck that benefit a character that use luck so you could take out those points from luck and distribute them into perception and set it to 9 then go to Dave's republic which is in the North East part of the map and get the perception bobble head and raise it to 10 and if you want to sacrifice charisma you could set it to 1 and put the points into strength so it would be set to 8 and then do the quest THOSE and get ant might to raise it to 9 then get the bobble head to get it to 10 then keep agility the same since you can get the bobble head at greener pastures to raise agility to 10 so your specials should be
