from level 25 to 29 you can choose the Perks you want, because there's no need for more skill points.

so you can choose up to 5 Perks.

many people choose "light step" but i did not, because after you reach the maximum level starts to get really easy, so probably the only thing can kill you is deathclaws, super mutant overlords and mines. i like to have to worry about.

another thing is there is no need for the "thief" perk on level 19, instead you can swap the "Size Matters" perk on level 22, so you can get a extra perk!

if you do that remember to put only 12 points Unarmed and the 10 last points you can spend 5 in Lockpick and 5 sneak.

the combination of "finesse", "better criticals", "ninja" gives you a really high Critical Strike.

Unarmed and Melee: 30% of chance
other weapons: 15% of chance
Critical damage: 50% of damage
Sneak Attack: damage x2 +75% of damage

if you want more melee damage you can get the "Iron fist" perk.

if you get the 3 levels you going to have: base damage 20 + weapon damage.

it took me 2 days to figure it out how to do this build, but I think was worth it.

and please, please, please.... don't follow this build if it's your first time in the wasteland; you have so much to learn, so much to try, do your own character on the first time, just do your best.

well, for the veterans.... if you think it's a good build, go nuts!!!
