High damage right from the beginning paired with a nice crit chance.
-Replace small guns or/and medicine for a Combat skill or a utility one, Respectibily.
-Don't forget to rush to rivet city for the INT booblehead.
-Loot Springvale (I would leave the school for later).
-Try to get a Chinese Assault Rifle from Lucas Simm in Megaton.
That's pretty much it, this build is easy to make and effective.
