So it looks crazy in the history section, but finding 5 of every skill book isnt that hard over time. Of course you wouldnt get them all by level 5 either.

I also made the slight mistake of taking the intellegence bobblehead at level 1. You hit 2 when you enter the wasteland, so you cant get it till level 2. I still had more than enough skill points by 30 to make up for it.

In game you can change your specials and perk preferances, but for the perfect stats there are a few things you absolutely must do.

Step 1) Set Int to 9, this will give you the most skill points when leveling. When you leave the vault head for rivet city asap. You can maybe put it off for 1 or 2 levels, I don't.

Do Not! I repeat do not collect any other SPECIAL bobbleheads. The Skill bobbleheads are free game, I tend to collect them next.

Step 2) Take the Educated perk at level 4. You can take the Comprehension perk whenever, as long as you save your skill books. I take it at level 5

Step 3) At level 30 you will take almost perfect setting all stats to 9. Now you collect the SPECIAL booble heads. If you collected them already then you cant raise the stat to 10.
