This character is made for the long haul. A gun nut, explosive expert, and mechanic, he can build his own guns, which will cut down on spending caps. Plus, when things look as if they'll go awry, he can lob a grenade at the enemy with devastating results. Secondary skills are lock-picking and stealth. Absolom can get in and out of all kinds of fixes by remaining hidden in the shadows. Final skills I focus on are medicine and science. When things get too wild in the Wasteland, knowing how to patch yourself up saves caps on going to the doctor.
