My ultimate character. How did I get so many Science and Big Guns books? An ant researcher respawns in the forager ant tunnels in Shalebridge every 73 hours. A raider carrying a flamer and U.S. Army: 30 Handy Flamethrower Recipes respawns every 73 hours in the Bethesda Ruins.

Is the 'history' for this build done without cheating? Unsure if this is made for PC users or not. I have been looking on how to get a character with maxed stats as the one you have lined up here and this looks like it it what I have been searching for except a few things seem like they made be difficult to achieve. Such as; by level 2 getting:

Is it easy to do this between level 1 and level 2? Also. For the Bobbleheads. Seeing as you list getting the Medicine Bobblehead at level 19 instead of at level 1 inside the Vault does it mean to wait doing the questline as far as being able to make it back into Vault 101 until you have reached level 19? Also the other Bobbleheads being listed as getting at level 19, except for Strength and Intelligence at level 2, seems like a long time to wait. Is it possible to do everything in the order you listed on the XBOX 360? And as I mentioned before. Do the quests have to be put off until reaching higher levels so that everything is obtainable? That is, of course, except for the 'quests" that have to be done to get:

I just decided to simulate having all of the skill bobbleheads at level 19. I got medicine at level 1, of course, but I was really concerned with the end result of this build, not the timing or order. I did not concern myself of when I got perks or bobbleheads. I'm relatively certain that what I did with perks and bobbleheads (the timing, not the obtaining) is impossible on all platforms. Currently at level 20, my "real" character has about 74 at the lowest for his skills. And yes, you did find the right person in the Fallout Wiki.
