Caitlin Raffia has basically black hair, but it has a tint of grey in it. She also has one blue eye, because the other one is yellow for some odd reason, and she is a 'victim' of radiation, because she has grown a lizard tail that she hides under her cloak. Talking about clothes, Caitlin wears a light brown cloak with her Vault Jumpsuit underneath, and has bare feet. If their is anything else you may want to know, just ask.
