Use the U.S Army: 40 Handy Flamethrower Recipes book glitch for 100 Big Guns skill. Also get quest perks in any order you want after level 8. I usually do Mothership Zeta first for Xenotech Expert simply because I love the extra weapon damage and tend to use alien weapons until I get Cyborg for other Energy Weapons with more common ammo.

Use the U.S Army: 40 Handy Flamethrower Recipes book glitch for 100 Big Guns skill. Also get quest perks in any order you want after level 8.
