Easily able to create a perfect character. This does not reflect the Lucky 8-ball I would have had in my possession. I only used 10 of each skill book also, so that definitely seems feasible and I would not have had to wait as long to use them. I missed out on 1 perk I would have liked to have (Animal Friend) and realized I could have had INT 7 to start and CHA 5 and use an Intense Training to get CHA 6 to get that perk. As you'll see I did not take any perks that only raised skills. Only if there was another worthwhile bonus did I take any skill point upping perks (Cyborg, Silent Running). I know I could have done things better, and will definitely create another character soon to try that. I'm still finishing my first game, which I am at lvl 24 and will not be able to get perfect (max STR 9 since I picked up that Bobblehead, duh). Next game will come next year after a break and the Fallout 3 GOTY edition (I borrowed this one from a friend and only DL'd Broken Steel). I'm pretty sure that I will start with STR 4, PER 6, END 5, CHA 5, INT 7, AGL 6, LCK 7. Any decent comments & recommendations are welcome.

Some perks I don't see the use of: Light Step (just watch where you're going), Life giver (with Fast Motab 30 Hp is a bit unneeded but ok), Adamantium Skele (the only way Ive crippled my limbs is mines which you have Light Step for) Nerves of Steel (if you're on an Xbox the AP regen is like 1/10seconds) ect

These perks could be knocked out for more combat perks endgame. I know you have no playstyles listed but even my max character build Sanguine (she's on 106) is a sniper but I had enough free slots to fit melee and unarmed builds in with the sniper perks.

Sidenote: She's a no skillbooks character so inorder to max everything I took 3 Gun Nut at the low levels which helped out with shooting and money early on
the rest of her points are made up with certain sets of equips worn when needed
