some extra perk explanations:
-The child at heart unlocks unique dialog for the normally "coy" children in the game with useful bonuses.
-The quantum chemist allows you to have a huge nuca cola quantum supply to aid you on your travels (gotta love quantum.)
-Scrounger allows you to find double the ammo on corpses and supply boxes, you may want to use it even ealier...helps most on hardest difficulty.
-Pyromaniac gives a whopping 50%+ damage bonus to flame weapons.
-Toughness is a must have and Adamantium Skeleton is basically a 50% damage resistance for your legs.
