Also, with the quest perks and bobble heads, get them whenever you want, as I have zero clue when or how you get them :)

Also, in terms of Equipment, Hellfire Power Armor, Flamer or Incinerator, and Shishkebab are the ideal items of this build, but any flame weapons could work I guess, also, use nuka grenades if possible, sure, they aren't buffed by pyromaniac, but that's why we have demo expert
