Nice starter character for energy weapons. The only thing I noticed that needed some improvement is to not raise your Intelligence to 10. Raising your Int to 4 (with booblehead) is more than sufficient to get your skills to 100. Getting Educated and Comprehension will give you more than enough skill points to get them to 100. After awhile you will wonder what skills to allocate points.

Edit note: I mean raising your Int to 6 (not 10 as I stated) isn't necessary.
