Also new to this version are Gunslinger, letting you get jiggy with any weapon you prefer and Rad Tolerance which is intended to offset the slop slinging ghouls in the late game. That stuff can cause issues if you get more than one on you throwing it. Ultimately it's a small thing and something else can certainly take it's place.
