Having beaten the game once on the middle difficulty setting, the purpose of this character is to be able to do anything in the game, within reason. I'm skipping on the lady killer / child at heart dialogue options (though they could be gain with a minimum of effort), and I'm opting to not raise speech to a decent level until much later. I'm actively playing this build through the hardest difficulty, relying heavily on bobble heads and skill books to get me through the rest of the way. Doing my math, I am assuming I will get 15 out of 25 of each skill book, plus the 10 per bobble head, plus the extra skills from each level will mean I should have most every skill maxed before I reach 20, maybe more than that. I'm not opting to max SPECIAL, only because I don't think it's all that useful, personally. We'll see if Islemast makes it to 30 ok.
