Appearance: [Str 8, End 8, Cha 6] He has a broad muscular form and seems to be in great shape. He's fairly handsome, though not overly so with something of that All-American look. He has close-cropped dark brown hair, a trimmed goatee set on a strong jaw, and sky blue eyes.

1. Police Baton [DMG: 4, APS:2.3, CRIT:x1, AP Cost:25, Lbs: 2, Val:25]
2. Security Armor [DT:16, HP:100, Lbs:15, Val:70]
3. Security Helmet [DT:3, HP:25, Lbs: 3, Val:30]
4. Handcuffs w Key
5. Full Bottle of Whiskey
Character History: Jack Taylor, like everyone else, was born in the Vault. The union of James Taylor and Margery Kingston. Given the nature of relationships within Vault 69, it wasn't a surprise that his parents had a fairly open relationship. That being said, Jack was often sent out of the room while one or both of his parents were taking pleasure with another. Out and about at a young age and given the limited space of the Vault itself, he tried to find something to take up his time. He tried for a while simply going to the library and reading the books and magazines available, but many of the books were above his level or he wasn't interested in, those he enjoyed reading often still gave him headaches (Near-sighted). He often spent time in the gym working out or taking lessons on Self-Defense, even though the chances of ever having to defend himself against the Mutants of myth and legend were all but a fantasy. But there was only so much one could work out and he started trying to explore the restricted areas, being careful and diligent in hiding and sneaking, though as was inevitable, he got caught. The Senior Security Officer Moreno was scary as hell and though the man had drawn that powerful Baton, he didn't even need to use it for the threat it represented. Moreno had told him he'd let him off this time with a warning so long as the boy kept his eyes open for anything out of sorts... It was then that Jack became an unofficial spy for the Security. He would see if anyone was dealing in black market goods, report violations of curfew and that sort of thing. By the age of 16 and time to take his goat test, he had a good knack for numbers as he'd spent a great deal of time around the commissary spying. It came as no surprise that when he took his GOAT, that he was to be Vault Security himself.
It's been five years since then and Jack was well known throughout the Vault. He always took pride in his appearance and uniform, never missed duty, and even occasionally volunteered to sit the monitors, which was considered by many a pointless job. Little did they know, it was merely to get a look at the women in the showers. For Jack was something of a lusty bastard and it was rumored that he frequently gave people "second chances" for minor infractions, if they did things for him.
