This character build is extremely deadly. Google Absolute Steve Fallout 3 for the best guide to building an ultimate character. Follow the skill points and perks in this build. Be sure to swim to Rivet City and get the Intel bobblehead before you reach level 3. Save your game often, especially before a speech challenge. No need to put points in Charisma. When you fail the speech challenge, simply reload the game and retry the speech challenge until it succeeds. Go get Dogmeat asap. Complete quest to gain experience fast and level up. Dont get any other SPECIAL bobbleheads until you get the Almost Perfect perk. Dont blow up Megaton, you need them. All skill bobbleheads and bonus perks (ie: Ant Might) are shown in my build as a reference. You can grab them at your convenience. You should only need 6-9 books of each skill to make a perfect 100. Have fun building that perfect character. Follow these guides and he/she will be very deadly by level 10.
