Small Guns, Melee Weapons, and Explosives

Made for Fallout: New Vegas, based on the cowboy perk which requires 45 in both Guns and Melee weapons but you will one to go above and beyond the call ouf duty of course :) max that shit out! guns anyway, you wont need to have your melee over 75, and i would tag survival instead of explosives, or even lockpick, as in Novac there is a trail carbine in a locked gun cabinit in Ranger Andys room which is definatly worth it.

You could probably use this as a sniper in Fallout 3, but i allready have a better build for that all made and ready to go, Enjoy!
