+1 LCK from Lucky 8th Ball = 10 LCK(GET LUCK BOBBLEHEAD TO GET TO 6 FOR PERKS!!!!).
I max INT ASAP rushing the INT Bobblehead before LVL 3.
I lower CH to 1(useless stat) and put +1 to AGI, PER, END, then +2 to STR, starting at 7. Then i get the STR Bobblehead(+1 STR),Ant Might(+1 STR) then later on Intensive Training(+1 STR), getting to 10 STR.
I also max skills with level up points 'till around 80 skill then get +20 or more from bobbleheads, books etc.
