You've really got a great build going, here. Everything's rounded out pretty well. I would change a few things, though.

I'd steer away from relying on Skill Books unless you're using them to meet a requirement for a Perk, though. That way if you plan to use the History tab as a sort of map to recreating this character in-game it wont be as cluttered.

Likewise with the Intense Training Perk. Unless you're using it to meet a requirement (and that might be why you used it, but I didn't check) I'd ignore it. Holding out for Almost Perfect and then collecting all the stat Bobbleheads is totally worth it.
