Penultimate is a further refining of ImpatientSlider.

Strength will be a 6 by level 3. This allows a speech challenge [strength] in Greyditch. It also allows for more loot to be carried.

Repair is a 45 by level 3. This allows you to disarm shotgun traps [Rivet City-Pinkerton side] which allows for nice ammo and a great gun early on.

Explosives is a 25 by level 2 for disarming the megaton bomb. This gives exp, an apartment, and access to the Strength bobble head. The apartment allows you to store items and sleep for the well rested bonus or just a 1 hour nap to fully heal.

Lockpick is at 75 as fast as possible to gain access to most of the locks in the game early. This accelerates exp gain.

The 3 levels of Size Matters are completely flexible. If you find enough books to comfortably ignore the 15 points into big guns, then pick something you like :) With all three you will negate a lot of book needs, however you only need 30 books as it is built to have 100 in every single skill. Comprehension and Size Matters is a serious amount of overkill but makes the skills climb at the fastest rate possible.
