If its perfect no books then you should 3 ranks for GUN NUT, THIEF, SIZE MATTERS since size matters with all three ranks increases big guns by 45 skill points and with all three ranks of gun nut you will have been given 15 skill points for both repair and small guns giving you 30 and this is the same for thief so it would give 15 skill points to both sneak and lockpick if you have all three ranks.

If its a perfect build then get all bobble heads after you get almost perfect to max your specials and calculate how many skill points you will get when you get almost since raising a SPECIAL by 1 will give 2 skill points to the specified perks so 10 perception will give 18 skill points to lockpick explosives and energy weapons since your specials already start at 1

I always see people put their specials in something random even though those SPECIAL will not help get the perks that are specified for their build so actually look over your perks and really think about what you want for your build and dont pick randomly since some perks are just useless in fallout 3

They are missing "survival expert" perk I believe or "Guru" as it goes by, I only see "dream crusher". lol
