So I have finally returned to this, I've played around 20 playthroughs of Fallout New Vegas, and I'm using my knowledge from it in this game, so lets see if my new found intelligence can make a decent build for fallout 3, and as per usual, grab quest perks and skill boosting items as you go along, just make sure to plan accordingly. It's also perfectly fine if you don't follow this build to a T, just make sure to get the general gist of it.

Also, yes, this is essentially me returning to the living tank build, so big guns and power armor is a must, but I'm making doing this so my next playthrough of fallout 3, which will be right after my current explosive playthrough of fallout NV is done, I actually have a gist of what I'm doing, but everything I recommend in that build, applies here
