Was a bit tad late giving myself Wired Reflexes. (level 11) Earned it at level 8 I think. Don't know anymore. Also earned survival guru (snide) at level 10 or 11. But it's unavailable.

Level 12/13: Gave myself the bobblehead Luck so I could pick mysterious stranger. In-game I actually got the lucky 8-ball. So that might get messed up when i actually pick up the bobblehead.
