I am doing this after level 25... but I usually level my characters the same way. So there shouldn't be many mistakes. Also this one is a first because I decided late game to build him around Gauss rifle usage.

By level 26 I have the Gauss rifle from Op Anchorage (gary 32 exploit). Also a fully repaired suit of Enclave Hellfire armor. I use a fully repaired Combat shotgun as my backup along with a fully repaired Plasma rifle.
