As close to perfect as I could make it. No need for melee or hand to hand skills. With all the wonderful guns in this game why would you? Nuka grenades can get you into trouble if you're not careful :) With the 3 levels of Demo and the 3 levels of schematics, they are hand held nuclear devices! On the other hand they can clear a room very easily.

Every speech related perk is taken and you're speech is quite high early on making it always useful.

Every V.A.T.S perk except gunslinger and concentrated fire is taken. Sergeant York is a rifleman and is so proficient that concentrated fire is unnecessary. He has exactly what he needs. No more, no less.

Animal Friendship is something of a luxury, but Sergeant York gets along with everything except bugs. That's how he rolls.
