Picking locks ( you're able to pick 99% of the locks out there from lvl 9 at the latest )
Hacking terminals ( You'll be able to hack most of the terminals from lvl 10 at the latest )
Exploration ( You'll be getting all the bobbleheads very early on and have a high stealth to help )
Lawbringer ( You're killing the raiders and such already. Double the EXP and caps by turning in the fingers. Extra Karma doesn't hurt either )
Sandman ( It's rare when it comes into play, but it's another tool to use )
A few tips.
When you find a safe with a terminal near by pick the lock first then hack the terminal. You'll get double the EXP that way.
When hacking a terminal if you don't succeed on the 3rd try exit out. You get three more tries. You can do this as many times as it takes.
100 lockpick can be circumvented with Dogmeat in a few cases. The Victory Rifle being a good example. Loot the other weapons in the locked places inside the cabin, then ask Dogmeat to find you a weapon. WALA! You now have the Victory Rifle.
