in best case you can get 1697 pts with this build
with perks its around 1766 pts
.

for early get Bobbleheads and books;

-Luck;
-Lockpick;
-Science;
.
.
You can ballz away around 450 points which would be enough for 4 skills to fill...
it's like having 17 skills instead of the 13...
.
