Final Thoughts:

All skills are maxed (in theory) at level 19. This leaves about 200 points between now and level 30, so you can overspend a lot of points earlier to increase your enjoyment of the game. Just some notes about the build. It is not heavily centered around any particular type of combat, the unarmed perks are there, but so are the shooting perks. I prioritized demolitions expert simply because I love to use explosives. If you were planning on an unarmed build obviously you'd get iron fist and paralyzing palm first. There is quite a bit of room for variation, but if you want a perk like Pyromaniac or Paralyzing Palm you will have to do some book hunting or spend points out of order to get it.
