The Thinktank is meant to be a Player Character build that is played according to the player's discretion. By having the Thinktank specialize in a variety of skills, the player can ultimately use this build to go about any situation through any means. Whether this means going in guns blazing, sneaking around unnoticed, or talking your way out of a fight, this build can do it all.
The Thinktank is named as such because it is a character who is intelligent and tough, hence the name "think tank". In addition to these attributes, the Thinktank also has an excellent amount of Agility to help things along.
Skill books were all added at level 20 because I could not recall exactly when I used them and decided to just add them all at the end until they matched the skills of the current Thinktank build. The Thinktank build also has the Survival Expert perk, giving him +6 DR, for a whopping total of 31 DR without gear.
Expect this build to continue to improve once I get my hands on the Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition sometime in the near future...or not, as i'll be too busy playing it!
