I like to do Helping the Outcasts first thing with this build. With the free guns and ammo plus heath stations to help complete the quests it's ideal for early leveling. You can opt to glitch the weapons and armor for the ones you never need to repair. You will get the stealth armor and power armor ( that doesn't give negative agi! ) with the ability to wear it. It level 3ish that is so OP it's silly. I then get my Ant Strength and kill off Replicated man while talking to Brian's future foster mom. After that I head to DC to talk to Rielly. I rescue her rag tag band of mouth breathers for the sweet sweet armor. Then it's off to snag the Lucky 8 Ball. Easy Peasy. Wander down to get the Lucky Shades and you are now in pretty good shape. Poplars hood is next along with Yew's Bear Charm and you can do everything else as you see fit. Personally I'd get the mask and do what I call the Reading Rainbow... I go on a book tour until my stats are where I want them. Fair warning, this build trivializes the game. You can have ( I have done so ) 100 in all important skills by level 10 if you do the bobblehead and book run fairly early. I try to avoid combat so as not to level too fast... that's right. This build levels very fast the more items you get. Once you have the shishkebab with pyro it's a done deal... just beware having it out near gas leaks !

Another fantastic melee weapon is Ant's Sting given by the AntAgonizer.
For Moira take tough for the +6% DR
