1. This build assumes all the stats Bobbleheads would be found by level 20, and that the Intelligence Bobblehead is found at level 1.
2. No Skills Bobbleheads were taken into account (each adds +10 to the matching skill) nor does reading books (+2 to each matching skill). With those some of the skills could be maxed at 100, so the number of "free" skills points would probably be greater.
3. Small Guns is used as the primary weapon but later on Energy Weapons can be used as primary weapon. Unarmed is used as secondary weapon.
4. This build is based on the Fallout 3 without any add-ons (max level is 20).
5. Books should be read only after level 5 in order to take advantage of the Comprehension perk.
