Having said that it is EXTREMELY good at all forms of damage dealing and is tough as nails as well.
By level 4 Strength is a 10 and by level 11 all 3 ranks of Iron fist are taken. Hand to hand is not a problem especially with Paralyzing Palm. You're going to need all the strength because with 3 ranks of Demolition Expert and the X3 Nuka Grenades that Warmonger provides you're going to want to be able to throw things far. REAL far.
Scrounger is taken to provide for the missed shots that shooting from the hip will undoubtedly cause. Ammo can be a concern if you're not a decent shot so this helps alleviate that some. Lawbringer also helps in the form of caps for fingers ( as well as EXP and karma) If you're planning on being evil, take the other one instead.
