My charecter is a Lockpick and Energy Weapon based guy, who's Lockpick reaches 100 before any of the others. Perception is my main S.P.E.C.I.A.L attribute, followed by Strength, Intellegince and Luck. Does not get close in combat, so Unarmed and Melee weapons are not as high. The Scrounger and Fortune finder perk are my main perks, as the build focuses more on adapting to new weapons, as the Alien Blaster and Firelance, Minigun and Super Sledge at later levels. It is also important to have the Explorer, Strong Back and Escalator to Heaven/ Devils Highway perk (Depending on karma your aiming to obtain)
