All things important in my opinion are maxed out, big guns 70 in case i wanna use a Mini Nuke or Missile. I would have Lucky Shades, Lucky 8 Ball, Ranger Combat Armor and a Shady Hat. Mostly enjoy using the Blackhawk, The Terrible Shotgun, Xuanlong assault rifle and Sydney's 10mm 'Ultra' SMG!

This isn't even slightly maxed out. Nuclear anomaly is also the worst perk in the game. Awful build.

Well from a absolute optimizing minmaxing point of view this isn't the best build it could be, but it looks like it might be fun to try.
