This Character was/is to see just how many skill points I'd have left over after getting each skill to 50 WITHOUT books or bobbleheads. The Answer, 250 skill points to put into whatever skill i want. I'll likely remake violet one more time before i actually start this game using those extra skill points to get certain perks without having to get myself killed for books.
