The Valiant Warrior of the Wastelands! Melee weapons build meant for using melee without relying on stealth and instead being incredibly durable. Not meant to be a 'best at everything' setup. Level 30 perk could be whatever you'd want; Almost perfect to have 9 in every stat except for ST, EN, & LK (as opposed to getting 10 in every stat), or Nuclear Anomaly for damage and explosions in combat, or a Karma altering/ roleplay perk of choice.
