I'd say I'm 50/50 here. While the final stats are looking nice, and the perk choices are good, the SPECIAL stats are a bit over weighed in some places and lacking in others. I suggest toning down on luck a bit and putting a few into strength. It's not as important as it was in previous games, but a carry limit of 170 is really pushing it. I highly suggest getting the Almost Perfect perk at level 30 for this to work out in the long run.
