completed wasteland survival guide.
got survival guru, 6% poison, radiation and damage resistance.
used buffout to increase my strength and endurance to answer moira
with tough answers to get the 6% damage resistance.

snide answers gives you 3% critical hit bonus good for a sniper character

the other answers only give you points, no good when there is over 300 skill books

no rush to put points in small guns I have the rangers battle armour one of the best
armour in the game with weight to DR ratio (39) + 10 points to small guns +5 AP +
1 point of luck.
I will be going over to mama dolce,s soon there is 5 skill books and two of them are small guns. there is also two out side barter and big guns

a few skills close to 100. when I find more skill books I will still read them to go over
100 even though the game does not show it. that way if I get radiation sickness etc
I will not drop below 100.

taken strong back perk to carry more bottle cap mines. got the 3 blueprints to make 3 at a time. those overlords are not fun trying to take out with a gun on very hard.
for some reason the nuka grenade doe not increase with damage with the explosive perk, they stay at 500. the bottle cap mines go over 800

not happy with the amount of points I put into energy weapons (45). to many at the start, was using it as my back up weapon. still have to get the bobble head and been finding a lot of skill books up north for the energy weapons. next time no more than 35 points.

its worth me taking the quantum chemist perk, I have been saving the nuka colas
from the start and have just over 280, with two blueprints.
did not do the nuka challenge, I don't think its worth the other blueprint

did not make 200 skill books by level 30, was about 10 short.
levelled up to fast during broken steel.
even with intelligence set at 4 should be no problem getting all skills at 100 with the
almost perfect perk adding points at the end.
most areas have 3-6 easy skill books to pick up.
nuka cola factory to red factory is a good area for example, with a dozen easy books
in the area and you just have to go in the doors, not far in. 3 of them are repair skill.
with must of the books outside .doe's not take long to pick them up.
