Turn off HUD, no VATS use, Very Hard mode, got some luck because he needs it, poor skills in every way makes the game harder, dialogue options open up as well as making a lot of money and easy bartering seems good, but towards the end of the game becomes less and less useful, also lockpicking and hacking opens up the game for you to explore everything, good luck, 7 lol
